Silicone & Rubber Separator
The Silicone & Rubber Separator is engineered for the removal of rubber, silicone, and other elastomers from waste plastics in WEEE, ASR, PVC window profiles, and other post-consumer and post-industrial sources. Using the difference in friction coefficient, it mechanically separates elastomers while preserving rigid plastics. The system ensures high-purity plastic recovery and minimizes material waste through adjustable mechanical settings.
Available in multiple capacities—from 500 kg/h to 2000 kg/h—these models are designed to meet the diverse production needs of plastic recyclers.
The POP-500 Rubber Separator is ideal for small scale recyclers who have lower capacity demands.
For recyclers looking for a larger model, the ARS-2000 will be a better fit.
For recyclers looking for medium model, the ARS-1000 will suit you well.
