The electrostatic separator is an essential component of many rigid plastic recycling applications, especially when there are black plastics involved.
After the plastic flakes are charged by friction, the electrostatic separator separates them by pulling plastics with different charges to the negative or positive pole, achieving separation.
The economical electrostatic separator is the 4th generation of our electrostatic separator. Designed to deliver high-efficiency plastic separation in rigid plastic recycling lines, it is ideal for separating ABS, PS, and other mixed plastics from WEEE, ELV, PVC window profiles and other post-consumer/post-industrial waste streams.
